Aloe Vera Plants Cultivation in India

Introduction:
Gokshura is an herb and also it is a medicinal plant. It is used in preparation of medicines. It is one of the pure herb which is used in Ayurvedic medicines. The Gokshura is originated from the genus of Tribulus. Gokshura belong to Zygophyllaceae family. The Gokshura is scientifically named as Tribulus terrestris. These herbs are not only used in Ayurvedic medicines, but also in other Indian Medicines like Siddha, Unani and Kashmiri. In North America it is an invasive spe-cies. It is an herbaceous tap-rooted perennial plant. These are mainly found in Southern Europe, Australia, Africa, India, China, Vietnam and Southern Asia. As this is mostly found in the subtropical parts so in India also these Gokshura is found in Pun-jab, Gujarat, Assam, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttaranchal. This Gokshura .

 

Soil And Climate:
For Growing Gokshura we can use all kinds of soils, as it can thrive well in all types of soils, right from the clay loam –light sandy loam soils. The high level alkaline soils are not more pre-ferred and also not suitable for Growing Gokshura. The water logging should be avoided in the field.The climate which is required for growing Gokshura is tropical, sub-tropical and semiarid cli-mates. They mostly prefer open sun with warm climate. The rainfall requirement for this crop is also very less.


Land Preparation::

Bamboos can be grown and cultivated on a wide variety of soils except for rock-strewn soils. Bamboo plantation also requires well drained sandy soil to clay soil that should have a ph range of 4.5 to 6.0. If we talk about India, then the Barack Valley region is best suited for bamboo cul-tivation due to best soil and perfect climate conditions.


Properties:
1. Normally, the bamboos are propagated through the culms cuttings or rhizome
2. But This is sweet in taste.
3. It is very heavy to digest.
4. The texture of this Gokshura will be oily
5. After the digestion the taste gets converse.
6. It is a coolant.
7. This can balance three Doshas like Kapha, vata and pitta.


Harvesting: : It is one of the long duration crops. After planting, the plant as it takes 240 -250 days in the main field. The seeds get ripen in October when the crop is uprooted. The harvesting can be done by using the Kudali ripen seeds and also the roots. For the preparation of medicines we need to take the fully ripen seeds and also roots. After the harvesting the seeds and roots, we need to separate the roots and seeds. The roots and seeds should be dried them in a shade. After they are dried, they should be stored in a shade and the packed material should be kept in a cool – air godown

Terms And Conditions Of Company:

  • For 1 Acre plantation the cost of Plants is Rs. 6,000/-, out of which 50% i.e. Rs. 3,000/- has to be paid before the cultivation and the remaining half after the planting is done
  • The Buy Back Agreement Stamp paper of Rs.100/- has to be stamped by District Court of your area.
  • For 10 Acre or more yield the buy Back Agreement Stamp Paper will be of Rs.500/-
